Join us behind the scenes at one of Nashville’s premier fundraising events in support of clean water and healthy rivers.
Thank you so much for your interest in volunteering for River Swing 2026! We are incredibly grateful for your willingness to help make this year’s event a success. Every volunteer plays an important role in creating an unforgettable evening that supports Harpeth Conservancy’s mission to protect clean water and healthy rivers across Tennessee.
Please review the available volunteer shifts in the interest form and select any opportunities that appeal to you. We have a variety of roles available for different comfort levels, abilities, and interests—from guest services and registration to auction support, setup, and event logistics.
Important Information
- Submitting the volunteer form does not guarantee placement in a specific role or shift.
- Volunteer assignments will be finalized based on event needs, volunteer availability, and overall event coverage.
- We will contact you with your confirmed assignment and additional event details before River Swing.
- Please complete the form as soon as possible so we can begin coordinating volunteer schedules.
