Harpeth Conservancy (“we,” “our,” or “us”) is a science-based conservation organization. Our mission is to restore and protect clean water and healthy ecosystems for rivers in Tennessee. We employ scientific expertise and collaborative relationships to develop, promote, and support broad community stewardship and action.

We are committed to protecting the privacy of our supporters, donors, volunteers, event participants, and website visitors. We do not store or retain your complete credit card, debit card, or banking information on our systems. Payment information is collected and processed directly by our payment processing partners in accordance with their privacy and security practices. We encourage donors to review the privacy policies of these providers for additional information.
8. Email & Physical Mail Communications
   1. If you provide your mailing address or email address, you consent to receiving communications from Harpeth Conservancy regarding (A) organizational updates; (B) conservation initiatives; (C) events and volunteer opportunities; (D) advocacy alerts; (E) fundraising campaigns; and (F) all other similar communications.
