DESCRIPTION:Harpeth River Floating Clean Up\n\nwith Town of Kingston Springs\n\n\n \n\n\nSaturday\, June 20\, 2026\, 10am-1pm CST\nSPACE IS LIMITED TO 10 PARTICIPANTS!\nJoin us for a kayak paddle stream cleanup along the Harpeth River at LL Burns Park! By removing litter and debris from riparian areas and streams\, we’ll help restore thriving streamside habitats for Tennessee’s wildlife while safeguarding water quality. We’ll collect trash and debris and learn more about how to be a life-long clean water advocate and river steward.  \nKayaks and paddles will be provided by Harpeth River State Park. Please bring your own life jacket if accessible; life jackets will be provided as needed. All necessary tools and equipment will be provided. Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes that can get wet\, sunscreen\, and weather-appropriate clothing. Quick-drying fabrics and shorts are better than cotton clothing for paddling.
