ABOUT: On September 24, we’ll celebrate World Rivers Day with a medicinal plant walk at Harpeth River State Park’s Gossett Tract in Kingston Springs. Facilitated by Victoria of Cedar Hill Homestead, we’ll learn about the plants we come across – their names, where they came from how they got here, what each plant offers us, and how we can work with plants in a way that allows us to benefit from their complexities while also contributing to their survival. We’ll make connections between medicinal plants, their ecosystems, water pollution, and river stewardship!

This event is free and open to the public. In partnership with Cedar Hill Homestead with funding support from the Barbara J. Mapp Foundation and Patagonia Nashville.

To participate, please fill out this waiver.
