Harpeth Conservancy and the River Plantation HOA are partnering to clean up Flat Creek, a tributary of the Harpeth River that was greatly impacted by the recent March 2021 flood. Large amounts of litter and debris were left behind in shallow sections of the creek as well as along the riverbank and the Bellevue Community needs help from volunteers like you!
Learn and demonstrate how your actions can make a difference in supporting clean water and healthy ecosystems. Grab your boots, water shoes, or old tennis shoes and join us for a walking river clean up on Saturday, May 15th. Bring work gloves and a refillable water bottle. We will provide trash grabbers, trash bags and work gloves if you need them. Please plan to support our efforts to comply with COVID Guidelines by wearing a mask and practice social distancing during the event.
Parking and restrooms are available at the Plantation Court Social Building.
