DESCRIPTION: \n\n   \n\n\n      Richland Creek Restoration with\n      \n        \n          TVA\n        \n      \n    \n \n   \n\n    \n      \n    \n  \n\n \n\n  REGISTER FOR THE EVENT\n\n\n  Thursday\, September 24\, 2026\, 9-11am CST\n\n\n  In honor of National Public Lands Day\, join TVA and Harpeth Conservancy for a restoration project along Richland Creek Greenway in Nashville!\n \n\n  By removing harmful and invasive plants from riparian areas and streams\, we’ll help restore thriving streamside habitats for Tennessee’s wildlife while safeguarding water quality. We’ll be lopping\, pulling\, and carrying out invasive plants like privet and honeysuckle while learning more about how to be a lifelong clean water advocate and river steward.\n \n\n  All necessary tools and equipment will be provided. Please wear sturdy closed-toe shoes\, long pants\, and weather-appropriate clothing.
