Join us on Saturday, March 2nd for invasive plant removal and tree planting at the Native American Indian Association of Tennessee’s Cultural Center site with our friends from Patagonia Nashville! We’ll contribute to preparation and land care for this important space and learn more about protecting land and water in Tennessee.
Weed Wrangle® is a one-day, area-wide, volunteer effort to help rescue our public parks and green spaces from non-native invasive species through hands-on removal of especially harmful trees, vines, and flowering plants. Removing invasive plant species from our watersheds aligns with Harpeth Conservancy’s mission to protect and restore clean water and healthy ecosystems for rivers in Tennessee.
Gloves and tools will be provided. Please wear closed-toe shoes, pants, and bring your own water bottle!
Thank you to our funding partners!
